Five Steps to Success

STEP 1: Initial Client Consultation
We begin by meeting with you to understand what type of characteristics, skills, and professional attributes potential candidates will need to be a successful employee in your organization.

STEP 2: Interviewing Candidates
During the in-person interview we ask the candidate questions about their responsibilities, strengths, weaknesses, computer and system skills and management style. Other areas of discussion center around a candidate's motivation, interests and professional preferences. This allows us to obtain a very detailed understanding of each and every candidate.

STEP 3: Candidate Presentation
At this point we know if we have a candidate who will add value to your organization based on our initial meeting with you. From here we present a detailed representation of a candidate's skills and qualifications that are on target with your current position.

STEP 4: Reference Checks
The reference check is one of the most important phases of the interview process in further determining and validating a candidate's qualifications. At Nauticus Group® we utilize a series of questions to further understand a candidate's credentials from current and prior employers. It is our goal to provide the most accurate description of what a candidate can provide to you as their new employer.

STEP 5: The Follow-Up
The follow-up phase is conducted once a candidate has been successfully placed with you. The policy of Nauticus Group® is to follow-up with you and our candidate through the transition phase of the new employment.
