1-80 EAST - Take exit 43 for I-287 South. Travel south to exit 37 for Route 24 East. Merge onto I- 78 East (local lanes) and Exit at 52 for Garden State Parkway South. 1-80 WEST - Take Route 46E to NJ 3 East to Garden State Parkway South. Take exit 136 toward Linden/Roselle/Winfield Park.  Turn Right onto Centennial Avenue.  Turn right onto Myrtle Street.  Take the 1st right onto Commerce Drive.  Entrance to our parking lot is right before Fit for Life to our parking lot on the left. From Route I-78
WEST/EAST - Exit at 52 for Garden State Parkway South. Take exit 136 toward Linden/Roselle/Winfield Park.  Turn Right onto Centennial Avenue.  Turn right onto Myrtle Street.  Take the 1st right onto Commerce Drive.  Entrance to our parking lot is right before Fit For Life to our parking lot on the left. From Route 22
WEST – Head Southeast, turn right toward Terrill Road.  Turn left onto Terrill Road.  Turn left onto Midway Ave, continue North Ave.  Turn right onto Centennial Ave/County Rd 615A.  Turn left onto Myrtle Street. Take 1st right onto Commerce Drive.  Entrance to our parking lot is right before Fit for Life to our parking lot on the left. We're located on the first floor- Suite 202.

EAST – 1st right onto Fairway Drive.  Turn left onto Fairway Drive East.  Turn right onto Chestnut Street.  Slight right, to merge onto Garden State Parkway South.  Take Exit 136 toward Linden/Roselle/Winfield Park.  Turn right onto Centennial Ave.  Turn left onto Myrtle Street. From NJ Turnpike
NORTH & SOUTH – Take exit 15W merge onto I-280W toward Newark/Kearny.  Take Exit 12 A-12B for Green State Oraton Pkwy toward Clinton St/E Orange.  Keep left at the fork to continue toward Garden State Pkwy S. (Toll Road). Follow the signs to Garden State Parkway South.
